Returns
For Safety and Hygiene purposes and due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for our products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact customer service at Brookmonaehaircare.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photo of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

Refunds
Once returns is approved, received, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
